    thanks reefer I am going to take him to my LFS and let them put him in their quarantine system. Hopefully he will get better.

    Update.... He is now opened up a bit and trying to go up the front glass.

    If it's still trying to attach to something, it may be ok. Keep a close eye on it though and if it starts to "melt" pull it out asap.

    If it isnt stinky anymore hes dieing. I thought mine was dieing till I woke up in the morning and there were 3.

    well I took him up to my LFS, they think he might make it. He started to open and sticking to the side of there tank. My Spec Gar has come down to a .28 and I just did a 5g water change so that should help bring it back down to where it needs to be.
