I'm with Dingo...I like to wait a while for the bugs/qwirks/unknowns to get worked out. Let other people be the test subjects...that my 2 cents.

I pre-ordered one and received it last Saturday. I am very impressed with it, I also have been a first day adopter of the iPhone and 3GS.

I do also own a desktop PC and Asus netbook. I find the iPad is the perfect convenient combo of a netbook & my iPhone. I love having the larger screen and it's so easy to pick up and get online or get my e-mails. I'm excited to see all the new apps they will come out with. I really have enjoyed the time I've spent with the device.

Overall, I absolutely have no regrets buying it day 1 and recommend it if it fills your needs. Everything it does right, it does amazingly well. I can live without Flash and looks like OS 4.0 will have multi-tasking + many other things in the Fall.

    I'm not a fan of Apple's OS. I love Windows 7.

I'm not a fan of Apple's "Total Lockdown" strategy.

We just ordered 1 to test with our new EHR implementation. Unfortunately, Apple will not working with 5 of our applications so it is going back. It did seem very fast but it is just not ready for enterprise roll out. Lets face it Windows owns the majority of business applications due to compatibility (good or bad it just is). Windows 7 is a huge improvement over Vista (although I think just about anything would have been).
