    That is a calcareous tube it is in, right?

    if so, it's what is called a tube anemone.

    Except that it doesn't appear to be in a tube. :) Many anemones have those warts (= verrucae) down the sides of their columns; in fact they are used as a distinguishing character in identification.

    it isnt in a tube, has a foot and moves about, it is way better looking then pictures show.
