what kind of coral do i have?

i've had a fish only sl tank for on and off for 12 years. The last 6 months i have traded out my aggresive fish for community fish, and coral. I should have remebered what they were called when i bought them. I will post pics of all my stuff, hoping to get some names on what they are. and please tell me what kind of flow they all like. thanks.


all four? and the far one to the right, lost it's darg green color about one week ago, and loos very pale. what could this be from? everything else in the tank looks great.

Looks like some type of anemone that is whiting out. To the left looks like a mushroom, and to the left of that is a zoanthid. The second is some zoanthids, palyanthids, and maybe gsp. The third is a candy cane and brown star polyps. And 4 looks like some palyanthids, candy canes, some more zoanthids, and either a hairy mushroom or ricordea mushroom.

is there anything i can do for the Anemene? or is it already dead?

 

kina looks like a maxi mini. how old is your tank? if it dies in your tank and you dont get to it asap, it'll be like dropping a nuke. if your tank is still young I would stay away from anemones for a long time

 

how do i tell if it dies? the tank is just over 2years old. the only thing that has changed is i added a bio pellet reactor about 5weeks ago, the anemone started to lose it's color about 4 days ago. would that have anything to do with it?

 

Its a maxi mini move it low in your tank.

he is wedged in the rock, i tried to get him off but it's impossible. it just folds in on itself, and gets real slippery. and tricks on how to get it out so i can place it on the sand?

 

Pic #4 those are Green Implosion Palys on the very top. Those are very aggressive growth wise and will spread like wildfire!! Also have a mild sting to em and are very toxic. Best keep them away from the rest of your LR. I have personal experience with them
