What kind of coral?

    This was on the back of a rock that I bought. It I s completely soft. It had a fluorescent tent to it at one time.

    Toadstool leather with its polyps extended.

    It's about the size of a dime. If is toadstool, can I scrap it off the rock and attack it somewhere else?

    Technically you can but I wouldnt. It's to small. Let it grow or move the rock it's on.

    You can try to move it but i would leave it as long as its healthy.
