What kind of coral?

I picked this up today from my LFS. They didnt know what it was called. we bought it for $15 Sorry its bad pictures, all i have right now is a blackberry camera phone. There is also a picture of the tank with the coral at the bottom in the sand. its next to the candy cane

 

Is it soft or hard. If soft it looks like kenya tree not opened up.

 

is it hard? soft? it looks kinda like a finger leather? maybe

 

He said it was some kind of leather. Its soft and very flexable.

 

I dont think its a kenya tree, it was green in the store. It could be though, i dont know. Im asking. It looks like there are little poylps on it but they dont open or anything.

okay. Im going to try to get this camera fixed and get another picture up.

 

Okay, camera was working for a couple minutes. when i tried taking a couple more from the top angle it stopped working again. It glows in atinics if that means anything. But, you can maybe, hopefully ID this with these new pictures.
