    Can anyone identify this crab and whether or not he's harmful for my tank? He hitched on some of the rock I got.

    With a net if you can. You could also try using a trap.

    I think he is some kind of shame-faced crab or Calappa. Take him out.

    atleast banish him to the sump till u get more info but it does look like a bad crab. no crabby this is my pot pie !!!
