What kind of starfish is this ?

    So when I was at the LFS the other day, I asked them if they had received any sand sifting starfish because the one I had bought had a chunk missing off of one of his legs when I bought it and a couple of days later all 4 other ones did the same and it died. They said they didn't have any but they did have some "Purple Starfish" so he gave me one for free.
    Now, I can't really find any "purple starfish" that looks like mine, so if anyone can tell me what I have it'd be greatly appreciated :)

    Never seen one like that, but I am no expert. I love the coloring though.
