What kind of Zoa is this?

    I picked this little guy up from the LFS and the guy that sold it to me said it was a "Red Eye" but as you can tell in the picture the middle of the zoa is rectangular and neon green. The main body is orangish red.

    If you know the name, or possible name please let me know. Thanks in advance.

    It looks like a palythoa sp. to me, naming corals was the biggest downside to this hobby :-/..

    I think so too. When people come over and ask what kind of Zoa I have I usually respond by saying "I don't know" or I just make up some kind crazy name! I was just curious as to what some people may think it is.

    I'm with NeighborTom. You can find the same zoa on different sites and it could be called a different name at each site.
