what led lamps should i go for?

    I currently have a rimless 5 gallon cycling, and I'm not sure what to do with it, but sure sure I want a par lamp and I'm wondering what's good nowadays, I was thinking boostled par30, but not sure if I should go, 3w2b, 2w3b, 1w4b, what makes 14k?
