What light to use for fuge?

    So im just throwing it out there as it seems to be topic of discussion latelly. I am looking for any ideas what grows your chateo or mangroves? Post your bulb type or your light type to grow your greens.

    I have a 100 gallon rubber made fuge with liver rock cheato and mangrooves with a 260 watt pc light over it.

    Any imput on what this 260 watt light is? there are so many lights out there so im trying to find out what works

    For a fuge, ideal lighting will be 3-4 watts per gallon of full spectrum (~6500K) lighting. How you get there is up to you.

    I see the 6500 lighting is there so shere do I find this spectrum? I have a t5 light that I can use or a clamp on that I can use. Just want to do it right

    I use a current power compact light 4x65 watt bulbs all four bulbs are 6700k i believe

    What I do is exactly what Pack suggested. I got mine at Home Depot. It is a 65W equivalent in the energy savings department. Something like 13W of this Conserv-Energy bulb = 65W regular. I got the floodlight design. Works well.
