What new game system are you most excited for?

We don't know much about the PS4 console and there's a ton of conflicting rumors on the 720/Newbox/Durango, but right now what are you most excited for? What new features are you looking forward to (or dislike) the most?

I've only had the N64, Xbox, Gamecube, 360, and Wii but I'm leaning toward the PS4 at the moment because I want to develop for it (Microsoft has a horrible indie program). Also, the controller looks like it will be a better fit in my hands than the previous dualshocks. The Wii U's lower hardware and the (imo) uncomfortable giant controller are keeping me from getting Nintendo's console again - I wish its controller were a side gimmick like the kinect and they brought back an improved Gamecube controller which had an excellent layout for racing and platforming games. :-/

 

Well i have a 360 (several actually) and a ps3. I just can't get used to the Playstation. I'm really looking forward to the new Microsoft console. I'm really excited as to what they're gonna do with it. I really dislike the kinect, the slim 360 is awesome looking though.

p.s. If they call it the xbox 720, I'm not going to buy it on principle.

Always had Xbox. Love it. Never really liked ps3 idk why. Xbox controller is perfection in my hands. Can't wait for what the do next!

 

There are rumors that it might simply be called "Xbox" which I think is worse - imagine how confusing searches and filtering on ebay, etc would be. There's also "Xbox Fusion" and "Xbox Infinity" who's domains are even taken by microsoft. Those names would make since because they are pushing for the new system to be an all around home entertainment device. Can't say I like any of them though lol

Link? I've never seen any reliable source stating this. If you are talking about Durango, that's the codename and it won't be the actual name.

 

I def want the new Xbox coming out...all I play is battlefield so BF4 is what I'm waiting for. My Clu is my Xbox name if any of you play BF3

 

All I play is battlefield as well but on PC. Gotta love 64 man servers. I will never play anything other than exclusives on console due to the restrictions of console gaming.
