I use SeaChem SeaGel it is a combination Phosphate remover and carbon product. It works awesome. I use this product in a Phosphate reactor.

that stuff looks cool too. Instead of getting a phos reactor AND a carbon reactor. good idea!

looks like rowaphos may be the way I am leaning at the moment since it has been mentioned more than once, but it is so expensive!

I use the cheap stuff from aquarium pharmaceuticals and just replace it regularly, seems to work pretty good.

I use PhostGuard by Seachem. It works pretty well.

    Cheers!

Well until they changed the formulia of the Phos'Pur I really liked that product. But I guess like with most they could not leave a unbroken item alone they kept trying to fix it LOL But I went to the ROWA Phos and its a great product . I saw mention of the price of a good ferric oxide But it last.. It will not release anything thats its absorbed and run it until you detect any amounts of PO'4s I used a 1/2 cup for 4 months and the rocks where full of PO4's as they where used in a system for many yrs with well water . But I had a reading off the charts at first but in 4 months that had pulled them to none at all that I could detect. Since then last Feb I have changed the media once.. about 3 weeks ago.. Phosguard was a Biweekly product change out.. Oh and like Reef Guru said a refugium. Mix and match until you get the best of all worlds..Never limit yourself
