2 weeks ago I brought my water to the LFS and they said it was ready for a clean up crew. I did not get one then because I was still waiting on my light. Unfortunately the light has yet to come in, but I'm ready to transfer my fish and coral from my bio-cube to my 65 gallon. What readings to I need to be certain the tank is ready for my fish (chromis, clow, goby) and coral?
Do I need a clean up crew put in first. I plan to order it this weekend online and get it by Wednesday.

    thanks in advance.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Ammonia/Nitrite and Nitrate.

No you do not need a CUC first, however introduction of the cuc prior to fish or corals allows you time to make adjustments if CUC does not do well after introduction.

Like Coralline said, I would start with a CUC that way if there are problems you didn't waste a bunch of money.

    Ammonia/Nitrite and Nitrate.
    Refractometer or hydrometer
