What sand should i use with my 75 gal?

    Building my first saltwater tank. going to be a FOWLR. i bought some substrate today and wanted to see if it would be a good choice. I bought 20lbs Nature's Ocean 100% Marine Substrate and a 10lb bag of Natural Coral Sand Pure Marine Substrates (putting more in than just thal lol). I want to put some Argonite LS in the tank as well (20 lbs or so)

    Suggestions anyone? Yay or Nay?

    most "live sand" is a ripoff - it's mostly dead by the time it reaches your tank

    Should I rinse the substrate first before i put it in my tank?

    If it's live sand no! If you are using a dead substrate then I would say yes.
