How about a mantis tank? Or a cleaner shrimp and some zoas or the like?

Just saw one of these at my lfs - they are bigger than you would think!

I'm wondering if the small halogen bulb will provide enough light to grow any corals. I have plenty of zoas in my 90G so I can always frag a couple and see what I get!

A quick update: I've done some research and talking with a local expert and the dwarf seahorses are out (too hard to keep) and the full size horses are out as well (tank isn't big enough).

So, looks like a goby/shrimp combo tank or a zoa/shrimp tank.

Another Freshwater Option would be some neon or cardinal or glowlight tetras and cherry shrimp with a bit of driftwood and a java fern! :p

imo The tank is kinda small for harliquinS they are very messy eaters and he would have to change the water everyday.
