what should i do with this.

So i posted on the id section about a worm growing through my toadstool. Turns out it is a vermetid snail. Well now the toadstool is no longer touching the rock. It is raised off the rock held up only by the snail, that has grown throught its stock. its polyps still come out it looks healthy besides the snail that grew through its body. My question is what i shoud do about it. u can see in one of the photos the space between the rock and toadstool. the toadstool is only anchored down by the snai through its body. any help would be appreciated.

 

i would glue the trap door of the snail shut, the leather should grow back down and over the rest of it in no time...you now have the only invertebrate in the world with a back bone...
