what should i feed and how often

    yeah thats what my biggest reason is for this post.I have him in my 24 ( i know to small of a tank for him..LFS told me he would do perfectly) but i can catch him without tearing down the reef and tanking everything out but i dont want to see him waist away either

    from what i know the risk with diamond gobys is that once they depleted the food source in the sand they die from hunger. i was REALLY happy to see him eat my fish mix. hope it works out for you too

    Agreed with the comments about variety. It's important, to a point. But only one thing will not work long term. Definitely look into a food soak for vitamins and fats.

    You're definitely over feeding though. That is way too much at a time and too often.

    Other than the diamond goby, you got nothing that needs to be fed more than 2x a week with quality foods. You'll need to feed more for that one fish, but if it were me, I'd try to target it (long dropper) to the fish and limit how much decaying crap goes into my water column and only broadcast feed the fish twice a week.
