what size pump?

    i am building a double 10gallon set up on a iron stand with the top tank being the DT and the bottom being a fuge the top will be drilled, and then it will flow to the bottom thru the 1 1/4 flex to the bottom thru the tripple baffel to the fuge area then to a spill tray thru a sponge then return pump, what size should i get, i was thinging a rio 1100 what do you think, no lights or skimmer yet, i will do sea horses in the fuge and maybe a clown or two in the top? thanks
