I have a 55 gal. tank, and i build a 10 gal. sump. I know, I know But a 10 is all i have room for. Plaining to ha a 10 gal. sump as well late. Anyway i bought a Supreme Classic. That does 250 gph.. but i do have @ power heads for in tank flow. Is this good?

it really depends on what you will have in there, if you are a beginner and stick to soft corals like mushrooms you're all set, as you get more comfortable with the tank and want to try harder things you can intentionally place them in higher flow areas(near return lines and powerheads) and for the record there is absolutely no shame in 10 gallon sump!lol

I agree. You want to have at least 5x your volume going through your filter hourly. Sounds about right.
