    I have a Eheim 1260 on a 34 gallon tank. I have it at 3/4 with ball valve. Seems perfect. Love Eheims. I actually tried a 1250 Gresham gave me and it was not enough. I have more head with the Neo Nano return though...not sure how it would work in a normal situation. I used a 1250 on my old 20 long and that seemed right. With a 29, you are in the middle... :p

    Thanks. I am still not sure now. haha I have the super nano OF from Glass Holes with a 1" PVC overflow line. 4' head.
