What size tank would be good for small apartment? Would a 55 be good or should I get like a 125 .. I really enjoy seeing the corals and would like a nice one. Any suggestions on size.

55's are a good size starter tank. Just remember they are very narrow, so aqua scaping can be challenging. Your also limited to what size fish you can have, a 125 will open the door to more types of fish.

Make sure you are on the bottom floor. Don't want that headache.

Thats a good progression. While you get the 30 up, running and stocked then you can weigh your options, upgrade tanks, move everything over & use the 30 for a sump!

No one can really tell you anything more than larger increases options. The best advice is get the biggest one your space/budget can handle. Because the smaller ones fill up quick!

The thing is price wise if I get a 75 I might as well get a 90 or 125 .. does that make sense?

Perfect.. it's how I went to buy a 120 and left with a 210.... but in the end it cost WAY more.. It means bigger lighting kit, filtration, sump, more rock, sand, salt and more dosing/maintenance required.
