Well my 1 month old c-skim 1200 leaked on me last night, flooded everything. I'm getting rid of it. And so, I need a new skimmer :)

    Suggestions?

What skimmer do you have? How's it treating you?

I used to use a red sea berlin skimmer but couldn't adjust the height of the foam so was skimming rediculusly dry and ended up with loads of organic protein slime inside the skimmer. Which meant I had to clean it out every two weeks, needed to put a valve on the outflow to control the foam level in the skimmer. Instead I bought a TMC V2 skimmer with adjuster and skim fairly wet, it's not the best skimmer on the market but it does a brilliant job.

    Octopus nw 120 on a 55 gallon with a 20 L sump and a 10 fuge.

This one works great. It took some tuning at first but it runs really well now.
