    Hi,

I have this little pinky star a while now, it was really small and I know it moves around. It looks like a star fish but I doubt it, anyone know ?

Second, I have this rock growing this kind of mold like white stuff on it. What are these ? it seems to be growing, i took a bit out with a brush but it comes back. Doesn't seem to bother anything but just wondering if it is bad.

The star in an asterina. The other stuff is either a tunicate or a sponge. If you touch it and it reacts a little, it's a tunicate. If it doesn't react, it's a sponge or a dead tunicate.

The little pinky star is exactly that. An Asterina Star, that's about as big as it'll get and kind of cool to have imo. The other stuff looks like some sort of sponge.

Ya, sponges don't do a lot, but they are cool to look at and adds to your diversity.
