What the heck is this on my snail

    I've had a couple big snails in my tank for a few months, yesterday I received a bundle of CUC from reef cleaners and this afternoon one of my original snails has this all over him [​IMG]

    +1 they lay them everywhere. Though I never see any babies snails from them?

    Typically they'll only hatch in brackish water.

    Nerite Snail's

    Nerite's are tidal zone snails and love to go outside the water and tank if they can. I often find them on the doors of my canopy or on the rim of my tank. You need to watch out for their wandering behavior. Nice pic and snail :)
