Good morning, I was out of town on vacation in Cozumel, Mexico and when i got back this morning the first thing i found was this large centipede looking thing coming out of one of the rocks after i fed the tank. Sorry the pictures are not all that good but i tried to catch it an now its hidden.

Is this good or bad for my tank?

    Thanks

Yea looks like a bristle worm. Lots of mixed opinions on these. I know I've got a bunch of 'em in my tank. I consider them just part of my cuc.

id let it be. i tried to remove one, it wound up breaking in half and then i had two....

now i have several and they're not harming anything thus far. they do make little traps you can buy to try to get em out, but ive not tried them. they're like $20 at the fish store. its a tube that you put food in and they supposedly crawl into it and cant crawl back out.
