what the hell are these red things?

    um....are they hard and possibly in a spiral shape with stuff ocasionally coming out the top of them?

    no, they are soft, translucent, have a spout type opening at either end with nothing coming out of them

    :confused::confused:my guess was vermetid snail, but they have a hard shell. maybe some sort of tunicate.

    My guess would be a type or sponge or tunicate as well.
    Nothing to worry about, try getting a more zoomed Picture.

    i dont think there red flatworms

    they are tunicates.look up tunicate and you'll see.there are hundreds of different kinds,all safe.

    That pic looks the same as my tank after about 10 beers lol:beer:
    realy hard to tell with out a clear pic but sure could be sponge or tunicate as well
