So "santa" gave me about $60 to spend. My current setup is:

    Tank: 40 acrylic
Soft Corals: (zoas, mushrooms, Toadstool, ricordeas, anthelias)
    Flow: Hydor Evoluation 750gph, 2x Aquaclear 125gph
    Fish: Sri Lanka Chromis
    Maintenance: CuC and Mangroves
Lighting: 150W MH Stock 10000k bulb

Basically I think i either want to order one of these options, Whats YOUR opinion???

    1. Rock Flower Anenome, Zoas, Mushrooms, more soft corals.

    2. Another Hydor Evolution for more random flow.

    3. 150W MH Phenoix bulb

(i really think i want the bulb because my current one just makes everything in the tank look brown, i want corals to pop and be healthier. Plus i think with the bulb it will reduce the amount of brown algae growth i am getting.?

I think it would help with algae issues overall but the algae your talking about is most likely caused by excess nutrients in the water.

Yea Im not sure what else I can do about that without getting a RO/DI unit. I have a 30" T5 (not high output) ballast that I was thinking about getting either two 50/50 bulbs or two full actinic bulbs and using that to simulate the morning/evening before and after the metal halide fires up. Do you guys think this setup or getting the phenoix bulb would be better?
