The best intervention is a quality diet with foods containing HUFA (Selcon) marine algae and meaty sea foods. Rod's Food is a good food that I recommend.

Reducing stress by avoiding over crowding, reduction in the introduction of aggressive fish, feeding appropriately and maintaining good water quality will go farther in preventing and dealing with symptomatic ich than any medication or hyposalinity.

 

Thanks for the advice I won't be adding any more fish. I realized obvisously what adding the clownfish did. =/
