What to look for in a controller?

    Im not an expert on controllers.... The APEX is my first controller and Im amazed what the capabilities this controller gives. The list goes on forever.

    The apex is truly a brain for your tank.

    I just know the APEX. But if your not willing to drop the money on a controller like the APEX then look into the AC jr by Neptune... not too pricey.

    After reading it all, I decided on the Aqua Controller Jr. w/ Standard pH & Temp Probe, Serial Port & Direct Connect 8 by Neptune Systems. The Apex was compelling since I really like bells and whistles and toys, but I just didn't see myself using all that in the near future. By the time I am ready for all of that, there will be something new and even cooler. Thus I decided the AC Jr. would do everything that I needed.

    something cooler than the APEX??? That will be a hard task ;).

    the AC jr will suit you well. smart choice.
