i recently purchased a 180G salt tank with fish and some live rock (about 100 lbs).

It came with a 7" Sailfin tang, 4" maroon clown, some cardinals, some mono and argentean sebaes, a 3-stripe damsel, and a 4" marine betta. I have since purchased 20 turbo snails. I am worried about shrimp/ smaller fish and crustaceans though.

Should i try to get rid of the betta?

thanks in advance for your advise

A school of anthias would give some great action to the tank :) And not to bad of a price. they can be finicky eaters however... Lyretails are some good ones to look at. Also wrasses as well. Just make sure you have a lid of some sort cause they like to jump!

thanks. yea, i LOVE marine bettas. had one before for about 7 years with a lion. i just worry about her eating everything small i put in the tank.

it isn't a reef. it's fish with live rock.

hadn't thought about the anthias. i had been looking at wrasses already. the anthias are great color too.

i feed a good assortment of foods from frozen, to freeze dried, to flake to seaweed.

I have some tangs in mind :) great fish. But You already have an established sailfin, and that gets harder adding more.
