    yes, they are beautiful with and without bubbles - it's the color

    From what I know there is no scientific base knowledge as to why the bubble up or not, some have mentioned light some say they "string out" when hungry to maximize the chances of catching something. This said don go running to the fridge and start stuffing it with food they are photosynthetic creatures and though they enjoy a meal once in a while if fed incorrectly it will do more damage than good.

    I too believe its a bubble tip but its bleaching fast. I have a few btas but have never been able to keep red ones they went pink and then shriveled away despite the dip acclimation. My greens and orange one on the other hand are doing great

    +1 to some bubble up and some don't. Just let it be and it will find its spot ;)
