What Type of Coral is This?

I've had this coral in my tank for awhile ever since it hitchhiked in on a piece of rock. I hadn't really paid attention to it before hand until it started getting bigger and more noticeable. I was just wondering what coral it is because I'd love to find out what conditions it likes and grow it as a deliberate feature of the tank, since it seems like a harmless thing and is pretty cool looking.

 

Looks like some form of tabling acro. Does it feel hard or soft?

 

Too small to tell if it's going to table or not, it could just be encrusting and getting ready to go vertical. It certainly is an acro of some sort though.

 

Sorry, I haven't felt it yet so I can't say. It looks soft, almost squishy but I don't know if that's the same as what it feels like.
