What type of tangs can I fit in a 72 gallon bow tank.

    all those maybe a little blue hippo. I had small one for probly 3-4 years in my 55g was about 4-5 inches before I traded him in after that.

    you could put a sailfin in there while is small, same with all tangs....im going on my 2nd yellow tang in my 29g.......the first got to big, but you can put most tangs in there but make sure they only get to about 5-6"

    wait what 5-6in in a 29gal tank those poor poor fish tangs love to swim i agree with everyone maybe a small bristletooth would do well

    Yeah but maybe later on when I have everything well established with fish and coral. They say it's best to add them last because of their aggressivness so I'll probably do that

    Take it from Me, Having 6 tangs. They love to swim, they love to be active and run around and be all spazzy. Even the smallest of tangs settle in better in a 4foot tank or larger.

    I agree the smaller bristletooths long term, or one of the zebrasoma(sailfin family, and no not the actual sailfin tang)
