what weed is this?

im asking because it doesnt look like aiptasia, but possibly just a different type? and from what ive seen ,isnt majano. sorry if the quality isnt good but best i could do.

looks like apstasia, and if soo id get rid of it quick, Ive used the boiling water and syringe technique... works great with small numbers! Apstasia X works well with overwhelming quantities...

Although, I could be wrong... Hard to twll with the Pic... But thats what it looks like to me...

Aiptasia all the way. I bought some Kalkwasser, mixed some water with it to get a liquid and put it in a little medicine bottle. Labeled of course. Just draw some up in a 3cc syringe and inject using a 23 or 25 guage needle (one inch) and it will kill it dead. Inject right into it's mouth. Some will escape into the water column. Don't worry about that. In any case, do not rip it out. That will invite it to spread. Bigtime. and you will only need maybe 0.2ml of Kalk mixture (Joe's Juice) to kill one aiptasia. Not very much at all.......

 

i use the aiptasia x , works awesome for me. big prob with this one. its at the back of the tank, underneath the rocks. either gonna have to get creative to get it , or does anyone have a real little kid with scuba gear?lol

Did U get the bent syringe tip?

 

bent tip wont work either , unless it twists and turns a few ways. bttom of the tank, at the back rock work above , and piping in the way too. i really think the little kid idea is best. lol

 

The crappy thing about moving rock work you have to still let things sit so the aiptasia pokes it little head back out...

 

too bad you cant teach a fish to operate a syringe. They seem like the perfect employee for this job.
