I have a GBT anemone that attached to a rock at the bottom of the tank.
I have T-5 and I suspect he wants Halids, but alas he stuck to the bottom. He has two clown fish that have attached to him. He is always long and stringy not like a normal short fat bubble tip.

I am thinking of taking the rock he is attached to and swapping with a rock that a huge leather is attached to. This will bring him 10" closer to the lights.

Would you do this or just leave well alone ?
So if I move, he could freek and relocate anyway. How will the clowns react ? will they stress or just go find him ?

    What would you do ?

    \Cheers

i would let the anemone decide where he wants to be. if he wants to be closer to the light, he will move. not all bubble tips do the short fat bubble tip thing so he could be happy where he is.

i tried to place mine where i wanted him in the beginning. he won that war and now i let him make that decision. unfortunately it is always where it is hardest for me to reach him with food. my clowns have always followed him wherever he moved.

with a Nem you will never win the battle of placement, they will go where they want to be. the clowns will follow the Nem around the tank. I have a LTA Nem that has moved twice. One day he will look small and the next day huge. unless he starts to shrink and fade away I wouldnt worry. just do normal care.
