    Anonymity was a wonderful thing! Lol in all seriousness I'm surprised they haven't offered you bonus corals or something for the inconvenience. Push me back a couple of times I understand, but they are giving you the run around. I bet they lost the order anial and are trying to scramble to save the sale. I hope they refund you bud!

    Just cancel the order. With customer service this poor, what if your livestock arrives as deadstock? Do you think that they are going to be very helpful? I certainly wouldn't think so.

    I think you should ask to cancel the order. It's already been 10 days since you placed it! This is just crazy. You could have bought fish 5 times over by now.

    Just ask to cancel and your money back. If the fish show up sick, dead, etc. then you're out the shipping money, have no fish, and all this wasted time.

    Agreed! If they fail to give you a refund, file a claim with Paypal.

    Good point Kacy, 10 days is waaaay too long IMO.

    I would ask for my money back and if they dont refund you within one business day file a claim with paypal.

    Whatever u decide still file a omplaint with the bbb. No matter the outcome its unacceptable business practice.

    I gave them 48 hours, which are all business times basiclly, since it is mid week. I will let you guys know what Happens when it does...

    What's wrong with the critter that it "isn't well". I wouldn't want to be sent a critter with a history like that.
