What Would you Do...?

May we get vendor name if things not going to work out and you will be placing claim with pay pal?

 

I opened a resloution thread thing on paypal., Ill give them till mid next week to try and make it better. However I got an email from them today.

I asked them to cancel the order, via phone and email. They sent me some automatic BS.

Heres the thing, I dont really have people around to accept the livestock and I work during delivery times.

Its cold now where the highs are in the 20's and I dont feel comfortable shipping a ton of stuff to me.

Now heres the Thing. Do I let them try and ship next week even though they probably wont respond. Give them a chance? or escalate it to a claim in hopes to stop shipping and get money back right away?

 

Well, they've had your money for almost two weeks and you are yet to receive anything. You asked them twice to cancel your order and refund your money. They did not honor that request or even acknowledge it. If it was me, I would file a claim with paypal, since you've tried contacting them several times and you can't get anyone to answer you. This may be the only way to get your order canceled and your money back.

After all this I wouldn't even want those fish. If they are this "sick" that they can't ship them, why would you even want that in your tank? And how long is it going to take them to get well enough to ship? Another two weeks? Lame.
