Whatcha Looking At?? (Macro Hermit Crab)

I took this picture of a Blue Legged Hermit in my reef. He looks like a real punk to me..

He's giving me that look like "Whatcha looking at"..



He needs to check his attitude!!

Shot with a tripod mounted Canon 40D w/ 100mm macro. F/4.5 @ 1/60 sec on ISO 800.

Well I shoot macro in manual mode to get the best exposure. I was trying really hard to get detail in the dark body area and not overexpose the backround.
He was also moving really fast while he was examining whatever he found.. I had to bump the ISO to 800 and keep the aperature low to get 1/60th of a second so he wouldn't come out too blurry.

This picture is the best one out of about 50.

It is my favorite!!
