One of my friends wants to add a sump to his 300g tank.I told him if he can wait afew weeks id be more then happy to diy it for him in exchange for a 6pack lol.he said he doesnt want to wait bc his skimmer pump died on his hob (2 remora pros off of 1 mag 12). The tank will need to be drained, slid out then drilled for 2 2in bulk heads.he has a 65g tank he's going to use for the sump.there will be 2 baffles and 2 holes drilled in the sump. What do you guys think is a fair price for all of that?

Just to put it in list form:
    Drain and move tank
2 holes in dt for 2in bulk heads
    2 baffles in the sump
2 holes drilled in the sump

Alot.lol.Have you drilled holes before? How many people are going to be helping you move this tank cause its ridiculously heavy. Are you comfortable drilling on a tank this size and cost?If so it would be about $300.

I would say $500, i just bought a 240g and put a 60g sump under it. I paid $250 for the sump and $250 for the install. I didn't have my tank drilled though as mine was already drilled.

It is an acrylic tank thank god lol so its a lot lighter.we carried it in just the 2 of us(empty ofcoarse) we will need to slide it out afew inches on a wood slippery floor. I have drilled more tanks then I can count lol but I won't be doing this 1. He's to impatient to wait for me so he's going to have some1 else do it. He has all the stuff needed to do it just needs some1 to do it.so I was wondering what a good price would be for just labor
