So i have polyps, kenya trees, xenias, muschrooms, pretty basic stuff
but i heard that putting in Coral Frenzy will increase my coral growth
    is this true?
if not what could i add for better growth?

I've never been a big fan of putting additives in my tank, personally. I asked the same thing when I was first starting out and alot of people recommend increased lighting.

So before you go out and get a new light or higher PAR bulbs, what kind of lighting do you have? Also, flow can help too if you don't have enough.

With softies, like you have they grow pretty quick already...

+1 I wouldn't worry about additives with those, they'll grow faster than you want at some point;)

But chemical, NO, you can add some LPS/softie food if you don't have enough fish for them to have some waste to eat. But IMO, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

What size is your tank, and what type lighting and how much flow do you have? IMOPE, mushrooms, polyps, leathers, etc prefer lower light and current. If you're feeding fish in the same tank, you don't need to add anything.

I've got over 20 different sps, many lps, and some softies too.

I never spot or water column feed my corals anything, and they grow well.

I do have 11 fish in my 125mixed reef I feed 1-2 times daily.

I recently started manually dosing Ca+, and Alk, b/c they were getting low, and wow, my corals took off!

For softs and most lps, good /decent light, and a little fish poop in the water column should do ya good

JM2C, I would upgrade your lights. Marineland LED's don't put out much PAR. But I also wouldn't add any additives. Just keep your levels constant and under control and you should be fine.
