    Really? I've never heard that. Can you post a link or something to a good source of information? I have heard that Halimeda uses a lot of calcium, but was unaware that others did.

    You would be surprised and may find that some folks on the forum are nearer to you than the meeting place...esp. if that is the closest club. Some are just members on line and don't go to meetings. I am in Philly, and our club forum has folks from all over PA, NJ, DE, and MD! ;)
