in regards to what you should do next, you should wait, because you need to have it stable for several months before adding anything, preferrably not even the damsels until that time, also i hope the tank was stable when yo9u added the live rock and cuc or else there would be major die off causing an ammonia spike.

    Ok thanks for the advice
I have a 30 inch dual-lamp t5 HO light fixture and the 2 24w bulbs that came with it
And yes all the research I've done said that I should wait about 9 months for even considering an anemone. Also, I've been getting my water tested every week and my salinity is perfect but the "LFS" guy said I need to get my nitrates and nitrites up. Also, he said that I to have about 1 pound of rock for every gallon Also, I realize I'm kind of new but, what is "CUC". Also, I will have pictures up of my set up soon.

Yes, when I added the rock and fish, my tank had been running for about 5 weeks, when I said I had only been running it for about 3 weeks I meant with fish and rock, but the fish store guy said my salinity was good and I need some cheap small fish to get nitrates and nitrites going

CUC = clean up crew. You want nitrites to be o and nitrates to be below 10 for coral. Just give it time with what you have now. Buy dry base rock and save yourself some money over live rock. Get another 20lbs of rock.

Because he had no rock in the tank so it hadn't cycled yet. His LFS sold him fish to cycle the tank instead of doing it fishless.
