I've had a 14 gal cube from Oceanic for about a week now. The day right after we set it up one of the ballasts stopped working mysteriously. They're supposed to be sending a new one. The customer service has been great so far.

Oceanic totally holds it down with customer service. They will almost always take your word for busted ballasts, bulbs, fans, and pumps!!!!

This is good customer service, but shouldn't this tell you something? Quality equipment?
