Guys.... for quite a while now my goby has had this spot/s on his mouth.... the reason I'm posting the question now is because it seems to be growing. I have several pics, some better than others, but I'll post the best ones. Hope the fish will b ok.

Having problems uploading the pics, so they're to be uploaded as soon as I get home.

    Updated below with pictures.

It's an oblique lined goby, tiny fella.
The spot goes from his lip and along the jaw and it is a purple color. I think I can notice a tiny bit of "inflammation" or swelling of the tissue underneath, but I could be wrong, he moves too quickly.

I'm sorry I can't upload the pics, I've done it in the past with my phone, but now I can't find the way.

    UPDATE WITH PICS !

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Yes it almost looks like the pistol may have gotten him or he was too close. Is he still eating? Nice fish Magnus.

I had one just like him. Loved that lil bugger. But alas he kept jumping into the back chamber of my bio cube. His last jump sent him directly into the pump chamber :( yours looks a lot like mine did after one of his adventures-he got a boo boo ;)

I'd say it's a combat wound from the shrimp.

I don't like the Tigers. The one I had in the 90 ate 2 YWG. I watched him kill and eat the second one.
