Whats rong with my frog spawn?

One out of 4 of my frog spawn heads arnt open they all use to be fine till today the head that isnt open is rly close to a rock cuild that cause it to not open? I do have increased flow tho allot more then i use to its a lil bit wavey? my params are

nitrates 0

ammonia 0

ph 8.8 high :/

calcium 340 use to be 300 a few days ago i got calcium addative its helping thats all the test kits i got for now

ALLSO!!! can i have a fire fish in my tank alone duz it have to have anuther fire fish with it?

Put the flow back like it was..

Your Cal needs to be around 440..

You can have one fire fish.. I also belive they are jumpers..

whats your salinity level? coz my torch, frogspwn, hammer and bubble are really sensitiv with high salinity as well... sooo you might wnna chek dat out,, other than that... mybe it is da flow..gd lck mate

 

how long have you had the epithyllia? is it in direct flow? if so how much they are not too fond of this, is there any brown jelly present? are there any polyps present?

as for the firefish as menttioned they are jumpers and i personally like to keep a pair..

 

well good news he opened maybie he was adjusting to the new current? and what duz jumper mean will fire fish jump out of the tank? my salinity is 1.025 last time i checked.

 

mine likes a medium flow. i moved it to a high flow area and he quit coming out as big.
