If your targeting a mixed reef I totally agree but was your response to the SPS (Acropora sp.) response I had above or to Av8Bluewater entire post above mine?

Of the above list only oyster eggs are within the suitable particle range SPS can even eat. SPS do not posses the capacity to digest phytoplankton but it will boost your zooplankton of which the SPS will eat the larvae in most cases. Same goes for LPS & phytoplankton. Some softies do eat phytoplankton though, like Carnation's (Dendronephthya).

Brine, or rather BBS, are fine for only one SPS genus I know of, Pocillopora. They do make an excellent live feed for most other corals though, and fish love them!

Artci-Pods are great for LPS, anemones, fish, etc, but no SPS can consume them as a whole animal (as packaged).

My corals get a mixture of liquidlife bioplankton(phyto), LL marine plankton(cyclopeez, etc), DT's phyto with additional spot feeding of brine/mysis for some LPS. Also recently started dosing vitamin c for my zoas and have noticed a little improvement in coloration and growth but long term remains to be seen.
