I have a 28g nanocube and I have had it for about 2.5 weeks. There is now algae growing on the walls. I bought a mag-float to take care of this, but I cannot get some areas between the rocks and the wall. The mag-float is about an inch and the space I am trying to clean is .5 inches about. What cleaning tool would be best for the tight areas and on the bottom next to the sand.

I think my aquarium is glass

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Unfortunately your hand and a credit card, or scraper. Prime reason I really try but often fail to keep the LR aways from the glass.

I second this! I have given up on the bottom half of my back wall.

your LFS should sell like a long scrubber attached to a stick like thing..... cant for the life of me think of what it is called but I have had some luck with that. You may want to think about reaquascaping too if the back wall corners really bothers you

Whats your clean up crew consist of? Also, the typical hand and scraper should be used, too. :) cut down on lights, maybe 6-8 hrs on blue and 4-6 hrs on white. A razor blade works great. Ad a tooth brush works well for getting algae off of rockworck. Also, what are your phosphate levels?
