Whats this fur?

    This has been growing on the plastics in my tank, powerheads, return spray bar, pumps, only noticed it on the plastics none on the rockwork,,,,,,yet...

    Looks like a transparent fur, any ideas, only noticed it since i changed to halides...

    Think i sussed it, it easily comes off with just a stroke of the finger, i think it is a organic build up?

    I've noticed that on my pvc and rocks too. The snails take care of it pretty well.
