i brought some new live rock today and i picked on out that had this on it as im just starting to change my tank from a FOWLR to a full reef tank theres still a lot of work as i had an outbreak of hair algea so got to finish off getting rid of that but i was just wondering exactly what it was

I forget the specific name of that Mushroom, but its a mushroom. Nice color too. Congrats on the new addition

 

looks like a Caribbean red mushroom (aka) Colored Corallimorph
